Open the marker on the map, press the link button in its popup to copy its link, and paste it into your email with a short description of what is wrong: the right spot, a better hint, or an item we are missing. Screenshots from the game help a lot.
Translation feedback
The site is available in eight languages. If a sentence reads badly or an in-game name has an official translation we should use, tell us the page link and your suggested wording.
Bugs and technical problems
Tell us your device, browser and the page link, and what you expected to happen. If the map does not load, try a hard refresh first (Ctrl + Shift + R on desktop).
Copyright and takedown requests
If you own content that you believe appears on the site without permission, include the page link, a description of the material and proof of ownership. We handle these requests with priority.
Business and advertising
For partnerships, sponsorship or advertising enquiries, use the same email address and mention "Business" in the subject line.
Privacy requests
To ask about personal data or to have an email you sent us deleted, write to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for details.
